FILM Dracula with Wine (1931)

Join wine geek Tony (Van Helsing) Elvin this Halloween for a haunting celebration of film and wine with Bela Lugosi's timeless portrayal of Dracula in this creepy and atmospheric 1931 classic. Just as you start getting into the movie we'll bring a halt to the action and pause it, but . . well make up for it by pouring you a delicious glass of wine telling you a little about it and sharing some movie trivia before returning to the terrifying action. With 5 glasses of themed wine to accompany the show we can assure you that the night will be flowing with red, let's hope it's not yours . . mwhahaha!!

The dashing, mysterious Count Dracula (Bela Lugosi), after hypnotizing a British soldier, Renfield (Dwight Frye), into his mindless slave, travels to London and takes up residence in an old castle. Soon Dracula begins to wreak havoc, sucking the blood of young women and turning them into vampires. When he sets his sights on Mina (Helen Chandler), the daughter of a prominent doctor, vampire-hunter Van Helsing (Edward Van Sloan) is enlisted to put a stop to the count's never-ending bloodlust.
